Details about Jobs

In the Jobs Queue name column, these icons show the Queue status:

  • Enabled
  • Disabled
  • Scheduled
  • Deleted queue for jobs in status COMPLETED/FAILED/ABORTED
  • Deleted queue for jobs in status SUBMITTED/SUSPENDED

Hovering the mouse over the icon, a tooltip will appear.

Clicking the three dots icon on the right of the list of results, two options will appear:

  • The INFO option offers details about the job in a new window. Details go from the Job ID, Status, Contract and Queue name, dates, queue status and priority of the Job to really technical details such as eventId, flowInstanceId, logCorrelationId and other information that computer geeks can enjoy… together with logs in the Central Log section.
  • The INSTANCE option opens the workflow. Selecting this option is the same as selecting Design β†’ Workflows.

On the right-hand side of the screen, use the Filters panel to run queries on the Jobs that have been submitted.
You can filter results by:

  • Job ID (multiple ID’s must be separated by commas)
  • Queue Name
  • Contract Name
  • Queue Status (ENABLED, DISABLED or DELETED)
  • Workflows
  • Revision (this drop-down filter appears only when a workflow has been selected).
  • Time Slot (i.e. when the Job you are looking for has occurred. Options are the last hour, the last 4, 8 or 12 hours or a CUSTOM slot that you can configure clicking the relevant option).

Administrators can configure the number of retention days going to Setup β†’ Advanced settings β†’ job-manager β†’ config β†’ archive.retentionDays and editing the property entering the number of days in the PROPERTY VALUE field.
