Creating an Actor

Follow these 8 steps to create a new actor:

1. First go to Actor → New.
2. Select the Partner or Application radio button according to your needs:
   a. Partner applies to External Users that can only send/receive to/from PRIMEUR Data One.
   b. Application applies to internal applications that send/receive to/from PRIMEUR Data One.
3. In the Name edit box enter a name for the Partner. This field is mandatory. Note that spaces are not allowed.
4. (Optional) Enter a Description for the Actor you are creating.
5. (Optional) Select the Group your Actor is part of.
6. (Optional) Upload an image associated with the Actor. Supported formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .png and .svg.
7. Press Create to confirm.
8. The newly created Partner or Application will be added to the list of results.

Remember that for each Actor, the 3-dot icon allows you to:

• EDIT the Actor
• select the menu to DELETE the Actor
