Cut-off Board

The Cut-off Board provides an overview of all cut-off statuses for each modeled dataflow.

Timeline

Cut-offs can be shown with a daily, weekly or monthly granularity that can be set in the Period list.

Searching and filtering Cut-offs

To search all cut-offs for the selected timeframe, press the Search yellow button on the right of the screen.

To filter cut-offs by flow attributes, enter any attribute of the flow in the Search field and press the Search button. Examples of attributes that can be entered are: Flow name, filename, date.

To filter cut-offs by Business status, click the + button at the top of the screen and select Filter by business status. The following options will appear:

Pending: it should be completed in the future
Warning: still pending and near to the deadline
On schedule: completed successfully and on schedule
Error: uncompleted or completed after the scheduled time

Select the business status of the cut-off and click the Search button.

Cut-off details

When cut-offs are listed, details are available hovering the specific cut-off:

Cut-off information: cut-off status, node name, time of start and finish.
Flow Information:
- click on the Flow Name to be redirected to the low-level overview (Flow Inquiry)
- number of instances expected
- number of flow instances received
- setting for exceeding instances
