Users Tab

The Users tab lists all Users configured for the selected Actor.

To add new Users to an Actor, select the NEW USER button.

If the User already exists in Data One, you use the BIND USER button to associate the existing User with the Actor.

How to create a new User associated with an Actor

Fields with the asterisk are mandatory.

1. Click the NEW USER button.

2. In the New user window, fill in these fields:

   1. NAME: Name of the user

   2. SURNAME: Last name of the use

   3. EMAIL: Email of the use

   4. GROUPS: Group/s to which the user will belong

   5. USERNAME (*): Username to log into the application

   6. PASSWORD / CONFIRM PASSWORD (*): Password to log into the application. See the Setting the password policy section for details.

   7. ENABLED / DISABLED: The user can be enabled or disabled in the system.

3. Click CREATE to confirm.

How to associate an existing User with the Actor

1. Click the BIND USER button.

2. In the Bind User section of the dialog window, select the User you want to associate with an Actor.

3. Click the BIND USER button to confirm.
