Create your first actor

Follow these steps to create a new actor:

First go to Actor → New.
Select the Partner or Application radio button according to your needs: a. Partner applies to users that can send/receive to/from Data Mover. b. Application applies to applications that send/receive to/from Data Mover.
In the Name edit box, enter a name for the actor. This field is mandatory. Note that blanks are not allowed.
(Optional) Enter a Description for the actor you are creating.
(Optional) Select the Group your actor is part of.
(Optional) Upload an image associated with the actor. Supported formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .png and .svg.
Press Create to confirm.
The newly created Partner or Application will be added to the list of results.
