Bulk actions 🚀

Download and delete actions can be executed on multiple files. Note that multiple selection does not apply to folders.

Both features of deleting and downloading files are under permission.

Users not allowed to delete or download files will not see the action, either single or multiple.

To download or delete multiple files in one go, follow these steps:

1. Select the files you want to download or delete by checking the box to the left of the row. If you move to a different page in the same folder, the previous selection is retained. To select all files contained in a folder, check the box at the top on the column header. The box becomes a toggle switch. Enable it and all files in the folder will be selected, in all pages if files are listed in more than one. The number of selected files is displayed so you know how many there are; this is especially useful in the case of folders containing hundreds of files.

2. Go to the Actions drop-down menu and select:

   • Download: the files will be zipped and downloaded to your local drive in a file named <date>_<time>_<folderName>.zip.

   • Delete: a message appears indicating the number of files to be deleted and warning you that deleted files cannot be recovered. Click the Confirm button to delete selected files. A description of the status of the operation is displayed in a tooltip, together with possible errors. This is useful if you are deleting hundreds of files at once.

Configuration
