In the Jobs Queue name column, these icons show the Queue status:
Enabled
Disabled
Scheduled
Deleted queue for jobs in status COMPLETED/FAILED/ABORTED
Deleted queue for jobs in status SUBMITTED/SUSPENDED
Hovering the mouse over the icon, a tooltip will appear.
Clicking the three dots icon on the right of the list of results, two options will appear:
The INFO option offers details about the job in a new window. Details go from the Job ID, Status, Contract and Queue name, dates, queue status and priority of the Job to really technical details such as eventId, flowInstanceId, logCorrelationId and other information that computer geeks can enjoy⦠together with logs in the Central Log section.
The INSTANCE option opens the workflow. π When a job is in ERROR, the Abort, Resume, Abort, and Resubmit options can be selected directly from the Instance page.
On the right-hand side of the screen, use the Filters panel to run queries on the Jobs that have been submitted. You can filter results by:
Time Slot - i.e., when the Job you are looking for has occurred. Options are π None, the last hour, the last 4, 8, or 12 hours, or a CUSTOM slot that you can configure by clicking the relevant option.
Job ID - multiple IDβs must be separated by commas.
Queue Name.
Contract Name.
Queue Status (ENABLED, DISABLED or DELETED).
Workflows.
Revision (this drop-down filter appears only when a workflow has been selected).
Administrators can configure the number of retention days by going to Setup β Advanced settings β job-manager β config β archive.retentionDays and editing the property by entering the number of days in the PROPERTY VALUE field.
