Navigating File Resources

Navigating the File Resources page is simple. Let's see.

On the left side of the screen, all the File Resources that you have already configured are listed. The results are completed with these details:

• date when they were Modified

• Name

• Actor they are associated with

• whether the Reject File option is set to yes or no

You can sort through results by clicking the icon next to the Modified, Name, and Actor wording.

At the top of the list of results, a toolbar is available. Learn how to use the toolbar here.

For each File Resource, you can also click on the icon to:

• EDIT the File Resource

• DELETE the File Resource

The right side of the screen is where you will find the Filters panel. You can filter results by Name or by Actor.

You will find the time and date of the last update to the page at the top of the Filters panel.
