Set up Retention Classes

Define the Retention class for the VFS of the file routing.

Go to Setup → Retention Classes and click the NEW button.

In the New Retention Class window, fill in these fields:

• Name * and Description *.

• Expiry after put (in hours) *: enter the number of hours the file must remain in Data One once delivered.

• Expiry after get (in hours) *: enter the number of hours the file must remain in Data One once received.
