Custom workflow templates

Custom workflow templates are used in mediation contracts and must be designed in a BPMN diagram.

A detailed description of how to create these templates is on the Create your first workflow template page.

Custom workflows are designed going to Design → Workflows and clicking the NEW button. The workflow template page will appear, whose features are described on the next pages:

• the workflow template toolbar

• the workflow template Shape repository panel

• the workflow template working area

• the workflow template BPMN-diagram panel
