Flows Count
The Flows count card displays the number of flows transferred.
Refer to the Adding Cards page for detailed steps.
Clicking the 3 dots button in the upper right corner of the card, the following options will appear:

Settings: Define if incomplete flows must be included in the count or not. By default, they are not, so in case you want them to be included, turn the button to on. Click APPLY to confirm.

Filter: Filter the data displayed on the card according to the following criteria:
- From - To: Select the time range in which to collect data. Click the APPLY button to confirm each date selected.
- Filename: Enter the name of the file for which you want to know the total size of the flows transferred.
- Outcome: Select SUCCESS, FAILURE or ERROR. Once the filter is applied, the card will display only the results that match the selected criterion. You can create as many cards as you need to meet the number of criteria you require. To remove the outcome selected, click the red X.
- Source: If you want to know the total flows started from a specific source, enter the name of the source in this field.
- Destination: If you want to know the total flows that arrived at a specific destination, enter the name of the destination in this field.
- Source Queue: If you want to know the total flows belonging to a specific source queue, enter the name of the queue in this field.
- Destination Queue: If you want to know the total flows belonging to a specific destination queue, enter the name of the queue in this field.
- Click the RESET button to restore default settings.
If a filter is applied, the funnel icon appears in the upper right corner to indicate that the results shown are a subset of the total. Clicking the funnel icon, all applied filters will be listed. To open the Filters window and edit them directly, click the pencil icon.
Tip:
In the Filters window, editable fields (e.g. Filename, Source, Destination, etc.) do not accept wildcard characters. These fields are case insensitive.
- Export CSV: Export or schedule the export of the list of results in .csv format.
- Export: Select the time range of the data to be exported. You can change default dates by clicking the calendar, choosing a different date, and clicking the APPLY button. Any filters applied are shown and you can choose to remove them. To do so, click the RESET option and default settings will be applied to the export. Set if you want to be notified by email when export is completed.
- Schedule export: Choose the frequency of the export selecting Daily, Weekly or Monthly in the Scheduling type edit box. Any filters applied are shown and you can choose to remove them. To do so, click the RESET option and default settings will be applied to the export. Set if you want an email to be sent to an email address to notify you when the export is completed. Enter a valid email address and click the + button to confirm.
- Color: Select a different color for the external border of the card. Click the RESET button to restore default settings.
- Remove: Select the option to remove the card. Note that the card will be removed without any further prompting.
Clicking the number of total flows, the Flows window will appear with the details of all the flows, listing source, destination, name of the partner, protocols, and other information that can be shown or hidden by clicking the icon on the top-right corner. The Flows window is equipped with a toolbar to easily navigate through results.
Columns cannot be sorted but the list can be exported in CSV format by clicking the EXPORT button on the top left corner of the Flows window.
In the Flows window, a search edit box can be used to filter results by filename.
Hovering the mouse over the number of total flows, the number of error flows and success flows will appear in 2 tooltips.
Clicking the Error tooltip, the Flows window will appear with the details of all flows in error, listing source, destination, name of the partner, protocols, and other information that can be configured by clicking the icon on the top-right corner. The Flows window is equipped with a toolbar to easily navigate through results.
The same applies to the Success tooltip. By clicking on it, the Flows window will appear with the details of all successful flows.
Columns cannot be sorted but the list can be exported in CSV format by clicking the EXPORT button on the top left corner.
