Storage Class

A Storage Class is the physical storage where files must be stored when entering Primeur Data Mover Smart and where incoming files must be temporarily stored before their transfer is completed.

To create a Storage Class, go to Settings → Storage Classes and click the New button in the lower right corner.

In the New Storage Class window, fill in the fields - they are all mandatory:

• Type: select Local file system.

• Name: enter a unique name.

• Path: enter the path of the storage class in this format: /folder/subfolder

Click Save to confirm.

Once created, the Storage Class will appear in the list.

To edit or delete a Storage Class, click on the 3-dot icon and select the relevant menu.
