Navigation tips

To seamlessly navigate through Data Mover Smart, you should keep in mind a few practical concepts.

The main menu

The main sections of the solution are displayed on the toolbar on the left side of the screen. The icons on the toolbar represent the menus for the Dashboard, Folders, File Event Listener, Rules, Flows, Servers, Links, and Users and Groups.

Click the icons to open panels featuring the different sections of Data Mover Smart.

Header options

The logo on the left gives you access to a stand-alone window, which provides useful information for our tech-savvy friends. In this window, the license can be uploaded or updated.

The top right of the screen has options for viewing recent transfers, accessing logs, viewing user actions, and changing language and screen theme preferences.

Click to open a panel listing the transfers executed in the last 24 hours, irrespective of the option selected in the Period menu. By clicking the Filters option on the right of the panel, transfers can be filtered by date, protocol, status, ID, and File. By clicking the single row, all the details of the transfer executed will appear in a top-down screen.

Click the icon to access the log panel. Logs can be filtered by level and type.

Click the icon to access the latest actions your user has been involved in.

The chip gives you access to the language and screen theme preferences as well as to the logout option.
