History

The History section records all actions related to the import and export of packages and allows you to track the flow of data packages.

In this section, you will find detailed information about each package that has been imported or exported. The following columns are listed:

• File: this column displays the specific name of the package that has been imported or exported.

• Type: this identifies the category of the package, as either DMS or Spazio.

• Direction: this indicates whether the action was an import or an export.

• Status: this is the current status of the import or export action, tracking whether the action was successful or not.

• User: this column lists the user who performed the respective action.

• Created: the date and time when the import or export action was initiated.

• Last updated: this shows the most recent date and time when the package was modified.

• Ended: this column indicates the completion time of the import or export action.

For additional insights into a specific import or export action, click on the 3-dot button next to the respective entry. This will open a summary in a stand-alone window, providing more detailed information about the selected action.

The Summary window includes two icons:

• Copy: clicking this icon will copy the content of the imported entities to your clipboard for easy pasting elsewhere.

• Download: this icon allows you to download the package.

The Imported entities section lists all entities present in the system at the time the data package was imported or exported.

Each entity can be expanded by clicking the arrow down icon next to it. This will reveal the relevant entries related to that entity.

For instance, if you expand the Users entity, you will see a list of all users configured in the downloaded version of Data Mover Smart, for example, 4 users.
