Uploading files

Files are uploaded using the Upload in root button, which is always available at the top of the screen.

By default, the button automatically selects the folder you are currently viewing as the destination for the uploaded files.

To upload files:

1. Click the Upload in <folder> button.

2. Browse your local drive and select the files you want to upload.

Upload with Metadata

To the right of the Upload button, an arrow icon can be configured to enable file uploads with specific metadata (mandatory and/or optional). Clicking the arrow displays the Upload with Metadata option.

The arrow button is hidden by default. Configuration details are provided in the section How to configure the Upload with Metadata option.

When you select Upload with Metadata, a dialog window appears containing fields that must or can be completed, depending on whether they are mandatory or optional.
