Editing Cards

PreviousCreating CardsNextTypes of Cards in Dashboard

Last updated 6 months ago

Once the card is created, you can edit it to drill down into specific data points for more detailed analysis.

By leveraging these features, you can create a comprehensive and interactive dashboard that effectively monitors and manages your KPIs across various categories.

To edit a card simply click the 3 dots button and select the options available to make any necessary adjustments to filters, visualizations, or other settings to suit your needs better.

Options common to all cards

Filter

The Filter option opens the Filters window where you can define search criteria to refine your results. You can specify a time range (from-to) and/or apply filters based on different options, such as file name, outcome, source, destination, and other relevant parameters.

Change the card color

By clicking the Color option you can assign a specific color to the border of each card. You can configure the color by either selecting it on the screen, entering the RGB code, or the Hex code, or selecting one of the preconfigured colors. To restore the default color, click the RESET button.

Remove

To remove the card, select the Remove option. The card will be removed without further prompting.

Reorder

Use the reorder function (clicking on the pencil icon at the bottom right) to place the new card in your preferred location on the dashboard.

Share

Cards in the dashboard can be shared with other users. Detailed information about how to share the dashboard is on the page.
