Analyze performance

Performance analysis is useful for identifying peak data transfer times and assessing whether there is a correlation between these times and higher failure rates. Based on this analysis, changes can be made to scheduling or resource allocation.

With Panorama, analyzing performance is simpler than you might think:

  1. Click on the left of the screen and select a box.

  2. A panel will appear on the right-hand of the screen.

  3. Set the Total Flows to graph enabling the switch button.

  4. Check if peak times for data transfers apply. Assess if these correlate with higher failure rates. Verify if changes in scheduling or resource allocation can then be made.
