Archive 🚀

The Settings → Configurations → Archive section is used to archive Executions in Data Mover Smart. Archiving executions lightens the database and reduces disk usage.

To set up the archive preferences, complete the following fields:

• Archive: enable or disable the archiving feature in Data Mover Smart.

• Number of months to keep: define the number of months during which executions are not archived and remain visible in the Executions section of Data Mover Smart. The default is 6 months and the minimum value is 1 month (meaning only executions from the same day of the past month will be shown).

• Archive path: path where archived executions will be stored. Default: archive/ (i.e., <dms-folder>/app/archive folder).

• Archive CSV file separator: set the separator character for CSV archive files. Allowed values:

  colon (:) and semicolon (;). Default is ; (semicolon). The CSV archive files are stored in <dms-folder>/app/archive folder.

• Daily archive scheduling time: time of day when the system checks for executions that need to be archived. Default: 1am.
