# Logging into File Manager

Once the initial setup described on the previous page is done, you can log into the File Manager with the assigned username and password.

Once authenticated with valid credentials, you will be redirected to the **main page**, which displays the files and folders located in the root directory of the assigned VFS (if any exist).

These files and folders correspond to the **Folders** defined in the VFS in Data Mover Smart.

Here is an example of the folders in Data Mover Smart and the corresponding folders in File Manager.
