File information box
This section summarizes the main attributes of the file for easy identification:
Path: The full internal location of the file.
Extension: File type.
Size: The fileβs size on disk.
Created: Timestamp when the file was created.
Last update: Timestamp of the most recent modification.
Metadata section π
The Metadata section lists all metadata assigned to the file. Each metadata item appears as a colored tag showing:
The metadata key (e.g.,
executionβid,filename,protocol)The metadata value (e.g.,
01KMJ7AD4JB019T04JW1RBHZRM)An optional copy icon, allowing users to copy the metadata value to the clipboard
The metadata items are grouped into categories to allow for quick and intuitive reading:
File: metadata related to the file itself
Transfer: metadata related to transfer sources and transport
Spazio: metadata related to files coming from Spazio
Zos: metadata related to files involving z/OS
Custom: user-created metadata
Groups appear only if at least one metadata item belonging to that group exists for the file. Their presence depends on the metadata configured: if there is no Spazio metadata, the Spazio group will not appear.
Advanced Filters π
Clicking the
Filter icon opens the Advanced Filters panel where you can filter metadata based on its group, making large metadata sets easier to navigate.
Depending on the fileβs actual metadata, the groups described in the Metadata section above (see previous chapter) may appear: File, Transfer, Spazio, Zos and Custom. The group appears only if at least one metadata item belonging to that group exists for the file.
To use metadata filters follow these steps:
Click the
Filter icon in the Metadata section. In Advanced Filters, open the dropdown under Filter by metadata's group.
Select the desired metadata group (e.g., File).
The metadata list refreshes, showing only entries from that group.
Repeat or clear the filter as needed.
