Fix pack Panorama 1.2.4.1

1. Download the MongoDB Shell: https://www.mongodb.com/try/download/shell.

2. Extract the new shell in the mongo bin url.

3. Add it to the panorama-config.sh file new variable:

## Mongo tools dir
export MONGODB_TOOL_DIR
