Flow Cards
Flow KPIs provide detailed analysis and comprehensive insights on dataflows for the time range configured at the top of the dashboard.
Flows are counted based on their start date, not their completion date.
For example, if a flow begins at 23:55 on December 1 and ends at 00:10 on December 2, it is counted for December 1.
Similarly, if a file enters the monitored system at 20:00 on December 1 and subsequent actions - such as mediation, availability on SFTP, and multiple downloads over several days - occur later, all these activities are correlated to the same flow that started on December 1, and the flow is counted for that date.
Flows Total File Size: Displays the minimum, maximum, average, and total size of the flows transferred in the given time period.
Flows Count: Displays the number of flows transferred.
Flows Time: Displays the minimum, maximum, average, and total transfer time related to the completion of the flows (end to end).
Flows Status: Shows the status of flows transferred. The number of successful and failed flows and their proportion are given.
Flows Period: Displays the trend of flows over a given time period. Given a time frame, the Y-axis of the graph shows the number of flows, or bytes, or the time it has taken to transfer flows.
Flows Transferred Source/Destination: Shows the number of flows transferred for each source-destination.
Flows Transferred Bytes Source/Destination: Shows the dimension of flows transferred for each source-destination.
Flows Duration Analysis: Displays the flows grouped by duration, i.e. less than 1 minute, more than 1 minute, etc. The unit of measure - seconds, minutes, or hours - and the intervals are configurable.
Started/Finished Flows: Displays all started and completed flows, providing insight into the progress of managed tasks.
