Upgrade procedure

Starting with version 1.20.12, Data Mover and Data Watcher are provided as separate packages.

These packages enable upgrading Data One, Data Mover and/or Data Watcher from version 1.20.6 or later to the latest version. For versions earlier than 1.20.6, you must first upgrade to 1.20.6 before proceeding to the latest version.
