Email sender

To configure the email to be sent, go to Setup → Plugins → Plus button → Mail Sender.

In the Mail Sender window, fill in these fields:

• Auth type (*): Select Logged User or Credential.

  • If selecting Credential, an additional Credential (*) menu will appear. Select Data Watcher or Data Mover depending on the username you want to use for authentication.

• Server host (*): Enter the host of the mail server used to send the executed exports.

• Server port (*): Enter port of the mail server used to send the executed exports.

• Sender system mail (*): Enter the email address to be used to send reports.

• Server auth enable: Set the toggle switch to ON if the server set above requires authentication (using the authentication defined on the in the Auth type field).

• Server start tls enable: Set the toggle switch to ON to enable startTLS for sending emails on this email server.
