# Missing Contingency Procedures

The **Missing Contingency Procedures** card displays the number of critical flows that do not have any contingency procedures defined, compared to the total number of flows.

**Contingency procedures** are used to define the actions to be taken in case of failures or disruptions, ensuring that data flows can be manually executed, recovered, or restored to maintain business continuity.

See the [Business Continuity Playbook](/panorama-2.0.1/operational-resilience/business-continuity-playbook.md) page for details.&#x20;

For detailed instructions on how to create this card, refer to [Create an ICT Card](/panorama-2.0.1/operational-resilience/ict-risk-monitoring/create-an-ict-card.md).

### Card menu options <a href="#card-menu-options" id="card-menu-options"></a>

Click the **three-dot button** in the upper-right corner of the card to access the available options.

#### Export CSV <a href="#filter" id="filter"></a>

This option allows you to export the list of results as a **.csv file**.

<figure><img src="/files/G4drd0piISc1afejdg4G" alt="" width="395"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

The exported file is generated in **CSV format** and contains one row per critical flow, reflecting the dataset shown in the playbook. The file includes the following columns:

* **LAST\_EXPORT:** date and time when the export was generated
* **CRITICAL\_FLOW:** name of the critical flow
* **CRITICALITY\_LEVEL:** assigned criticality level (*LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH*)
* **COMPLETION\_STATUS:** percentage indicating the completeness of the flow (for example, `50`, `100`, `0`)
* **BUSINESS\_OWNER:** name of the business owner responsible for the flow
* **TECHNICAL\_OWNER:** name(s) of the technical owner(s), potentially including multiple stakeholders separated by commas

Each row provides a consolidated and up-to-date view of the critical flow, allowing you to monitor ownership, assess criticality, and evaluate completeness across the [Business Continuity Playbook](/panorama-2.0.1/operational-resilience/business-continuity-playbook.md).

Optionally, enable **email notification** to be informed when the export is completed. To receive email notifications, the following conditions must be met:

* The [Mail Sender](/panorama-2.0.1/setup-and-configuration/plugins-configuration/mail-sender.md) plugin is configured.
* The [user's email address](/panorama-2.0.1/setup-and-configuration/users-and-roles-setup/manage-users.md) is specified in the **Email** field.

#### Table view <a href="#filter" id="filter"></a>

This option opens the **Missing Contingency Procedures** window, providing a detailed view of the data behind the card.

When you open the window it displays **exactly the same dataset used to generate the card**. Any filters applied to the card are automatically carried over, ensuring data consistency between the card and the detailed view.

In the **Missing Contingency Procedures** window:

* The **Export CSV** button at the top-left allows you to export **only the list currently displayed**, based on the applied filter - if any.
* **Columns** can be configured by clicking the <img src="/files/noDD1PrWwrtAXuUdkxjU" alt="" data-size="line"> icon on the top-right corner. Columns cannot be sorted but the list can be exported in CSV format. Removing columns will not remove them from the exported file.
* A **toolbar** allows you to easily navigate through results.

#### Color <a href="#color" id="color"></a>

This option allows you to select a different color for the external border of the card.

Click the **Reset** button to restore default settings.

#### Remove <a href="#remove" id="remove"></a>

This option allows you to remove the card. Note that the card will be removed without any further prompting.
