# Massive Downloads

The **Massive Downloads** card displays the number of files that have been downloaded more times than the configured threshold within the selected dataset, highlighting potential high-frequency or anomalous download activity.

For detailed instructions on how to create this card, refer to [Create an ICT Card](/panorama-2.0.1/operational-resilience/ict-risk-monitoring/create-an-ict-card.md).

### Card menu options <a href="#card-menu-options" id="card-menu-options"></a>

Click the **three-dot button** in the upper-right corner of the card to access the available options.

#### Settings <a href="#settings" id="settings"></a>

* **Repeated more than (times):** specifies the threshold for repeated events required for an element to be included in the card. For example, setting the value to **10** means that only files downloaded more than 10 times are considered. The value can be adjusted using the **+** and **−** controls.

#### Export CSV <a href="#filter" id="filter"></a>

This option allows you to export the list of results as a **.csv file**.

<figure><img src="/files/MlET7dVkiXCfmRkJzdpM" alt="" width="389"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

The **Attributes** section shows the configuration used for the export.

* **MAXDOWNLOAD** indicates the threshold applied to identify repeated download events (for example, `MAXDOWNLOAD: 5`). This value reflects the **Repeated more than (times)** setting configured in the card and determines the minimum number of repeated downloads required for an element to be included in the export.

The **Filters** section displays any additional filtering criteria applied before exporting.

* If no filters are configured, the message **“No filters”** is shown
* If filters are applied, they will be listed in this section

The exported file is generated in **CSV format** and contains one row per element, reflecting the dataset shown in the card. The file includes the following columns:

* **filename:** name of the downloaded file
* **user:** user who performed the download
* **count:** number of times the file has been downloaded
* **bytes:** size of the file in bytes
* **creationDate**: date and time when the file was created
* **lastDownload:** date and time of the most recent download
* **virtualPath:** logical path of the file within the system

Each row represents a file that exceeds the configured download threshold, enabling you to analyze repeated download patterns and identify potential anomalies or high-frequency access scenarios.

Optionally, enable **email notification** to be informed when the export is completed. To receive email notifications, the following conditions must be met:

* The [Mail Sender](/panorama-2.0.1/setup-and-configuration/plugins-configuration/mail-sender.md) plugin is configured.
* The [user's email address](/panorama-2.0.1/setup-and-configuration/users-and-roles-setup/manage-users.md) is specified in the **Email** field.

#### Table view <a href="#filter" id="filter"></a>

This option opens the **Massive Downloads** window, providing a detailed view of the data behind the card.

When you open the window it displays **exactly the same dataset used to generate the card**. Any filters applied to the card are automatically carried over, ensuring data consistency between the card and the detailed view.

In the **Massive Downloads** window:

* The **Export CSV** button at the top-left allows you to export **only the list currently displayed**, based on the applied filter - if any.
* **Columns** can be configured by clicking the <img src="/files/noDD1PrWwrtAXuUdkxjU" alt="" data-size="line"> icon on the top-right corner. Columns cannot be sorted but the list can be exported in CSV format. Removing columns will not remove them from the exported file.
* A **toolbar** allows you to easily navigate through results.

#### Color <a href="#color" id="color"></a>

This option allows you to select a different color for the external border of the card.

Click the **Reset** button to restore default settings.

#### Remove <a href="#remove" id="remove"></a>

This option allows you to remove the card. Note that the card will be removed without any further prompting.
