# Unrecognized Flow Instances

The **Unrecognized Flow Instances** card displays the number of flow executions that are not associated with any known or classified flow model, highlighting activity that falls outside the defined governance framework.

For detailed instructions on how to create this card, refer to [Create an ICT Card](/panorama-2.0.1/operational-resilience/ict-risk-monitoring/create-an-ict-card.md).

#### Export CSV <a href="#filter" id="filter"></a>

This option allows you to export the list of results as a **.csv file**.

<figure><img src="/files/G4drd0piISc1afejdg4G" alt="" width="395"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

The exported file is generated in **CSV format** and contains one row per element, with the following columns:

* **flowId:** unique identifier of the flow execution
* **flowName:** name of the flow model
* **tsStart:** start timestamp of the flow execution
* **tsFinish:** end timestamp of the flow execution
* **tsDuration:** total duration of the execution (in seconds)
* **sources:** source system involved in the transfer
* **sourceFiles:** name of the source file processed
* **sourceBytes:** size of the source file in bytes
* **status:** execution status (e.g., `SUCCESS`, `ERROR`)
* **errorMsg:** error message, if any
* **protocols:** protocol used for the transfer (e.g., FTP, SFTP, local)
* **partners:** associated partner
* **contracts:** related contract identifier
* **systems:** systems involved in the flow (source and destination)
* **destination:** destination system or host
* **destFiles:** name of the destination file
* **destBytes:** size of the transferred file at destination
* **dsName:** dataset or data source name
* **dirInCount:** number of inbound directories involved
* **dirOutCount:** number of outbound directories involved
* **dmSource:** Data Mover source identifier
* **dmDestinations:** Data Mover destination identifier(s)

Each row represents a single flow execution, enabling detailed analysis of transfer activity, performance, and data movement patterns across the system.

Optionally, enable **email notification** to be informed when the export is completed. To receive email notifications, the following conditions must be met:

* The [Mail Sender](/panorama-2.0.1/setup-and-configuration/plugins-configuration/mail-sender.md) plugin is configured.
* The [user's email address](/panorama-2.0.1/setup-and-configuration/users-and-roles-setup/manage-users.md) is specified in the **Email** field.

#### Table view <a href="#filter" id="filter"></a>

This option opens the **Unrecognized Flow Instances** window, providing a detailed view of the data behind the card.

When you open the window it displays **exactly the same dataset used to generate the card**. Any filters applied to the card are automatically carried over, ensuring data consistency between the card and the detailed view.

In the **Unrecognized Flow Instances** window:

* The **Export CSV** button at the top-left allows you to export **only the list currently displayed**, based on the applied filter - if any.
* **Columns** can be configured by clicking the <img src="/files/noDD1PrWwrtAXuUdkxjU" alt="" data-size="line"> icon on the top-right corner. Columns cannot be sorted but the list can be exported in CSV format. Removing columns will not remove them from the exported file.
* A **toolbar** allows you to easily navigate through results.

#### Color <a href="#color" id="color"></a>

This option allows you to select a different color for the external border of the card.

Click the **Reset** button to restore default settings.

#### Remove <a href="#remove" id="remove"></a>

This option allows you to remove the card. Note that the card will be removed without any further prompting.
