# Monitor completeness

A flow is considered complete when all the fields and sections marked as **mandatory** in the **Playbook settings** window are filled.

Once both tabs (**Business information** and **Contingency procedures**) are fully completed, the critical flow reaches **100% completion status**, as indicated by the green progress indicator.

The critical flow is now considered **complete** and **ready for export**.

To finalize the process, select **Export** from the main page. This ensures that:

* The most up-to-date version of the critical flow is saved.
* The information becomes available for reporting and business continuity purposes.
