# Configure business information

The **Business Information** tab contains all fields that can be enriched and managed directly within Panorama to complete the business context of a critical flow.

#### Editing behavior

* Click the <img src="/files/Xvmt003PKaDe6PfjWr2D" alt="" data-size="line"> **pencil icon** to enable editing mode for the selected section
* Modify one or more fields as needed
* Click the <img src="/files/osTHit1AJO9TiQ0Oavfc" alt="" data-size="line"> **check icon** to save changes
* Click the <img src="/files/XLxaWzs6l6S0CdnZ7ROO" alt="" data-size="line"> **x icon** to discard changes

Changes are applied immediately to the flow and impact its completion status.

To ensure that any discrepancy between the Playbook data and the exported output is clearly visible and traceable, when a flow is modified and saved, it is included in the indicator **“Critical flows with edits not exported”.** This means the **current Playbook export is no longer aligned** with the latest saved version of the flow. Even a minimal change causes the flow to be considered **out of sync with the latest exported version.** The flow remains in this state until a new export is performed.&#x20;

Within this tab, you can:

* **Provide a description:** Enter a free-text description of the flow, with a maximum length of 2000 characters. This allows you to document the business context and purpose in detail clearly explaining **why the flow exists**, including the business context and the objective it supports.&#x20;
* **Edit the criticality level:** Set or modify the criticality (LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH) according to the business impact of the flow. This field is mandatory for flow completion if business information has been marked as mandatory in the **Playbook settings** window. See the [Completeness criteria](/panorama-2.0.1/operational-resilience/business-continuity-playbook/playbook-settings.md#completeness-criteria) section.&#x20;
* **Define impact factors:** Specify key impact-related attributes, such as:

  * **SLA requirement** (YES/NO)
  * **Business impact level** (numeric value from 1-minimal impact to 5-critical impact)

  These fields are mandatory for flow completion if business information has been marked as mandatory in the **Playbook settings** window. See the [Completeness criteria](/panorama-2.0.1/operational-resilience/business-continuity-playbook/playbook-settings.md#completeness-criteria) section.
* **Complete additional business fields**, including:
  * **Category**
  * **Function**
  * **Purpose**
  * **Business owner** (accountable for the business process and outcomes enabled by the flow)
  * **Technical owner** (responsible for the technical implementation, maintenance, and issue resolution of the flow)
  * **Operational notes**
  * **Custom attributes**

As you progressively fill in these fields, Panorama updates the **completion status** of the critical flow, contributing to its overall readiness within the **Business Continuity Playbook**.
