# Open a critical flow

Once a critical flow has been imported, you can open it to review and complete its business information.

From the **three-dot menu** associated with a flow, select **Open**. A dedicated view for the selected critical flow will open. The page header displays the flow name exactly as shown in the **Critical flow** column.

The view is organized into two main tabs:

* [Business information tab](/panorama-2.0.1/operational-resilience/business-continuity-playbook/open-a-critical-flow/configure-business-information.md): it contains all the fields that can be enriched and managed directly within Panorama.
* [Contingency procedures tab](/panorama-2.0.1/operational-resilience/business-continuity-playbook/open-a-critical-flow/define-contingency-procedures.md): it allows you to define and manage the procedures required to handle operational disruptions for the selected critical flow.
