# Calendar, Filters and Options

### Calendar

The **Time Period** component allows you to select and customize the time period for which data is displayed and analyzed.

The current time period selected is displayed. In the figure above, the time period is "WEEKLY". Below the wording, the **Date Range** shows the start and end dates for the selected time period.&#x20;

The **Left Arrow (<)** allows you to navigate to the previous time period (e.g., if WEEKLY is selected, clicking this arrow will move to the previous week). The **Right Arrow (>)** allows you to navigate to the next time period.

By clicking **Weekly**, you can either select a different time period (Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) or choose a specific week using the calendar. The selected option updates the displayed date range accordingly.

The **calendar picker** allows you to select a date by month and day.

Clicking on the **month name** opens a dropdown to select a different month. Clicking on the **year** opens a dropdown to select a different year.

In each view (Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly), selecting any time/date within the calendar automatically applies the entire corresponding period.

Use **Apply** to confirm the selected period and update the data. Use **Reset** to clear the selection and return to the default period.

### Filters

<figure><img src="/files/hvD8qOuABQXdELW13Emi" alt="" width="241"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

This section lets you specify criteria to filter the data set being displayed. This can be used to narrow down data based on specific attributes like cluster, protocol, or file name.

* **Show old infrastructure**: Toggle this option to include or exclude transfers related to legacy infrastructure.
* **Cluster**: Select one or more clusters to display transfers originating from or targeting specific environments. Selected clusters are shown as removable tags.
* **Protocol**: Filter transfers by protocol type. Multiple protocols can be selected at the same time.
* **File Name**: In this field, you can specify a particular file name or pattern to filter the displayed data.

A typical use of these fields is to enter values to filter the dataset.&#x20;

As you enter criteria, the data view is automatically updated to reflect the filtered results based on the specified inputs.

Use the **RESET** button to clear all the input fields in the Filters panel, resetting the data view to show all available data without any filters applied.

### Options

This panel has a Statistics checkbox that, when checked, enables the display of statistical analysis or additional KPIs related to the data being viewed.
